"Due to serious congenital cardiac problems, Carson had to have three open-heart operations, a number of other medical procedures, and several hospital stays.
Our family was able to enjoy life and create treasured memories while Carson was at Give Kids The World Village, eating his favorite foods, playing in the pool and arcade, and riding his first roller coaster. For one week, we didn't have to worry about money, grocery shopping, cleaning, cooking, or getting to appointments."
