Making A Wish team members from all around the world were invited to the Village last week for tours, and Make-A-Wish co-founder Linda Pauling was there for one of those trips. If you need some #mondaymotivation, Linda is the one to turn to.
Her son Chris always wanted to be a police officer, and after he was diagnosed with leukemia in 1980, a sympathetic group of local law enforcement personnel fulfilled Chris' dream. Linda was resolved to help other seriously sick children after his died. Make-A-Wish was founded when one wish was fulfilled, then another, then another.
