The placement of Kaden's star in the castle, where it will remain forever, was the most memorable event of our life, according to Cindel Richardson, whose son Kaden has severe epilepsy and autism. "The most miraculous thing happened: he was seizure-free for the entire week at GKTW, and for the first time in his life, he could simply enjoy being a kid! ”
Kaden's convulsions started up again a week after arriving home, and he fell into a coma. The family was brought in to say their final goodbyes. Kaden miraculously recovered consciousness and has been seizure-free ever since. It was the best days of his life, and we clung to them for hope during those awful days, so all I could think about was GKTW! Kaden is now 12 and succeeding in special education programs.
