When each new day offered us so many precious moments, it's difficult to choose a favorite memory, says Megan Laubacker, whose daughter Pearl was born with VACTERL-H. If we had to pick one, it would be the day we spent spending the Village from sunrise to sunset: watching movies, enjoying Slushees by the pool, going on endless rides, competing as a family on Marc's DinoPutt, and enjoying delectable meals in the Gingerbread House. Placing Pearl's star in the Castle of Miracles marked the perfect way for the day to come to a close. We will always have a special place in our hearts for The Village.
